My Personal Property Journey

My real estate journey has been a rewarding one, shaped by years of experience and key milestones:

• Early Years: My family of four lived in a relative’s 3-room flat at Blk 220 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1, sharing a common room.
• 1985: My parents purchased their first HDB 3-room flat at Blk 708 Hougang Ave 2.
• Early 2000s: Together with my parents, I co-owned a 4-room BTO flat at Blk 267A Compassvale Link.
• 2012: Sold the BTO flat and invested in a 3-bedroom resale condo at The Mayfair (Jurong East), featuring a private lift (1163 sqft).
• 2017: Upgraded to a 4-bedroom condo at Kovan Residences (1798 sqft) with a stunning pool view.
• 2022: Transitioned to a semi-detached home at King’s Drive, with a spacious 2427 sqft land area and approximately 3400 sqft of built-up space.
